📦 Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at WeCare@FlowZenVana.com or through the chatbot.

Returns must be authorized before sending any items back. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as grooming supplies)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return and place a new order after your return is accepted.


European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under the same eligibility guidelines.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
